Minute Sessions Designed for Real Life

Long hours. Low energy. Still want results.

You look after everyone else. Now it's your turn.

New to training, stuck or tired of guessing.
Perfect.
Most of our members weren’t when they started.
You don’t need to be fit to begin, that’s our job.
Everything is scaled to your level. You start where you are, and we build from there.
If you’re a busy adult who wants structure and real results, yes.
We’re not a bodybuilding gym.
We’re not an ego gym.
We’re not a 30-person chaotic class.
You’ll train alongside everyday people who are improving themselves, parents, professionals, business owners.
No cliques. No judgement.
Part of the reason why you book in a consult is also to ensure you are a good fit.
We run semi-private sessions across early mornings, mid-mornings and afternoons to suit busy schedules.
Most clients train 2–3 times per week.
We’ll show you available times during your consult and find something that fits your routine.
We also offer Saturday & Sunday times.
Yes, and we have.
In fact, structure and accountability are even more important post-surgery.
We work alongside your medical advice and focus on:
• Strength training
• Muscle retention
• Sustainable nutrition habits
• Long-term consistency
This isn’t extreme dieting. It’s controlled progression.
Almost everyone who joins has something.
Back pain.
Knee issues.
Shoulder niggles.
Old sports injuries.
Everything is modified.
We prioritise movement quality, progression and long-term joint health — not just intensity.
You’ll never be forced into something that doesn’t suit your body.
You don’t have to be 100% ready.
You just need to be open.
That’s why the first step is a free strategy session, not a contract.
We’ll figure out together if this is the right move for you.
Not officially. We don't have a dedicated supervised crèche area, however many of our mums bring their little ones along to training.
Because we're a private studio, parents can keep an eye on their children during the session. Some bring a pram, while others set up a small area nearby with toys or activities to keep them occupied.
If this is something you're concerned about, reach out and we'll chat through what might work best for your situation.
Firstly, you're not alone. This is one of the most common things we hear from women who join us.
Many women find that what worked in their 20s and 30s simply doesn't work the same way during menopause. Hormonal changes can affect energy, recovery, body composition, stress levels, and how your body responds to exercise and nutrition.
The good news? It doesn't mean you're broken, and it doesn't mean results are impossible.
We've helped many women navigate this stage of life by focusing on the right type of training, realistic nutrition strategies, accountability, and consistency. The goal isn't to do more, it's to do what works for your body now.
And yes, many of those women started by telling us, "I've tried everything."
Our memberships vary depending on how often you'd like to train and the level of support you need, so we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach.
The next step is to book a free chat with one of our coaches. We'll learn more about your goals, where you're currently at, and what you're wanting help with. If we feel we're a good fit for each other, we'll recommend the option we believe will best help you get the results you're after.
There's absolutely no pressure, our goal is simply to point you in the right direction and see if we can help. And if we're not the right fit, we'll do our best to recommend an option that may be better suited to you.
